last thursday some t**t poured paint stripper all over my car if your reading this you better start running. i have been quoted £2000 for a full re-spray. what a mess. it was parked on hall street, offerton , stockport. what do these b**tards get out of doing this. cash reward to anybody with information leading to the arrest of this t**t

no its not covered by insurance as i am only covered 3rd party fire and theft. the worst thing is the insurance runs out soon and adrian flux gave me a price of £ 438.00 fully comp . including 3 points super chip and a k&n. . im so GUTTED.im going down to marple soon to see my mate at his garage . hopefully he can do it at mates rates. =D> .

That is out of order. This happened to me whilst at uni. Think the neibours were jellous that I had a better car than them!!! Never did find out who it was.

went to my mates garage yesterday and he said he would re-spray the complete passanger side for £ 500:00. . my only concern is the colour is 202 astral black, from previous experience and other articles i have read this colour somtimes tends to come out looking brown . not so good. well it is going in on monday so i should have it back b4 next weekend.i will let you know the out come. =D> huray as i said when i get my car back i will let you all know how it was and it looks fantastic. it cost me £500 to get the complete side including bonnet re-sprayed. well worth it. only problem is the drivers side looks bad now. well i will give it a few months and save some wedge and have that done aswell. thanks to mark at l.a.s. motorbodies in marple. super job mate. =D>

well now i have my baby back i polished it all up yesterday and took it for a spin round stockport. thanks for your remark gregg =D> dont wory when i find the chav who did it i will make them drink paitn stripper till the wax in their ears starts to bubble. as i said its all looking good now the only thing is the brand new paint against the 15 year old stuff. it looks ok with a polish but i insist on saving a fat wedge to get the other side, roof , boot lid & engine cover done as well.

Good point ben, in arabia i think that law still stands with theft ie the stealing of an apple. Think in this case ripping arms from the socket would be more fitting!
