sony headunit and ipod nano connection?

i just got an ipod nano for xmas and want to connect to my existing sony headunit. can anyone give me any idea how is going to be the besy way to connect the two.

Ok, you have a few options you can either buy a radio transmitter which is battery operated (as the itrip won't work with it) or you can buy the IPod connector. If you only want it for in the car and personal use ie with headphones then i suggest you get the expensive connector being sold on ebay (don't get the cheap one it looks rubbish). The good one uses your cd changer din/aux to control the nano which means you can use either your cd radio controls to contol the ipod or your steeringwheel controls if you have them (includes remote control if you have one of them too)

Just plugs into the bottom of your nano and it charges it too. I'm going for one myself after newyear.

The only problem i know of with the last suggestion, is the way that they charge the IPod.
As they use a lithium ion battery, they suffer from memory effect......so when you top-up-charge the ipod, you in effect, lose some of its capacity.
