alarm wiring help

ok im looking at the wiring diagram for my alarm im a little stuck with 1 wire

it says connect 3 wires to the lock cylinder on wire (when key is turned on the voltage is +12volts)

any ideas fellas?

This should be 12v whilst engine is cranking and running what alarm is it
