probably, theres a large oc southampton lot that meet up and have nights out etc, i remember driving somewhere in the new forest with a load of us and coming up next to a f reg red mk1 near totton/ashhurst, theres a meet up this sunday if intrested

I drive down the M27 every morning up to J11, there's a chance (about 2 miles) we might pass each other. I see plenty of red Mk1s on the road in the Portsmouth/Fareham area, no blue mica ones yet.

No. plate has been relocated to the Alfa position (n/s on the spoiler) and no stripes on the nose cone anymore. Also now has clear indicators.

There's a Mk1 club meet on as well on Sunday. Grendel and I will be there.

I'm in the same boat mate, with never getting spotted and my tubby does stand out a tad

Have seen a few Mk1s and Mk2s around, flashed, waved and if i remember, put them in 'Spotted' or 'Out and About' on the mr2oc, but never been spotted.
Live in southampton and travel to pompey to see mates, visit my mechanic, as well as pop into fareham to go to mission motorsport there.

If i see you, or anyone else i'll wave, flash and shout out the window, hows that?

We've got a mica blue mk1 and live in Southampton never seen any others though.

See a few red ones about - there's one I often see going through Hiltingbury, but since I dont drive an MR2 these days you wouldnt have a clue why I was waving at you!

We keep meaning to come along to a meet. We met Grendel a few months ago at Broadlands motorshow thingy. Will have to try and sort ourselves out in the new year!
