Yeah, I get about that on a bad day in my nasp. on a good day, it's good for 400 miles It may be slower than a turbo, but it's sure as hell economical in comparison

In my other car, the Saxo diesel I get over 550 miles a tank (£35)
I got 350 miles from a tank when I was running my turbo in, but it hardly counts as driving it properly...
I get 220 on my mostly short journeys - more if I'm doing motorway stretches.
i do a mixture of town and A3 driving. mainly town driving,... As my close friends know i have a lead foot.
i get 270 before i have to fill up.
but saying that it appears, from most tubby owners that drive my car, that my tubby is running quite well
wait until i get the cat out and increase the boost...
I have only had it a week and only driven around 500 miles (most of that was the journey up) but i would take a stab and say motorway driving i will get 280 to 300 and normal driving to and from work i reckon about 220-240.
Not bad when you consider i was getting under 150 in the evo lol. Saying that though the toyota holds 10l more.

Aprox 230 miles on £40-£45. This is mainly two 5 mile commutes per day, so the car never really gets off choke. On a long run I am confident I would get 250 + miles on £40 ish.

120 is my "best" only done in once mind
Been remapped a few times since averages about 170 now
I've had her over 2 years now - One of my goals in life is to actually manage to get over the golden 300 mark - I've been close on a few occasions on motorways but always bottled it playing petrol station roulette. I probably could have done it by now if there wasn't a breakdown in communication between my brain and right foot

I broke the 300 bringing the car back from where i bought it All motorway miles and all at around 70 as the gf had to follow me in her corsa lol

I've always thought around the 55l mark, but have read anything from 50l to 60l.
Mk2 NA Rev1 -*- Mk2 Turbo Rev2 -*- Mk1 NA -*- Mk2 Turbo Rev 3 = all gone!

If you really want to play "petrol station roulette" then take a plastic petrol can with a gallon in it with you for the final stretch? (then flush your fuel pummp, clean your lines and injectors)
Have jus sold mine due to the fact i could only get 160 miles from filling the tank to the brim and running well into the light being on...
All town work mind so it could prod do better.
Have replaced it with....wait for it.....a peugeot 206gti(cough)(sorry)
Have had it 2 weeks now and still on same talk full so its all good however....god i miss my 2 like nothing else.
Gonna look around for another early next year....
I normally drive between 200 and 230 miles between fill-ups, but then I can only put in about 40 liters, although the needle is almost on empty (full tank is 50+, right?). Large reserve, I guess..
Max I got was 270, can't remember how much I had to put in after that, but I do remember that the warning light was not even on (in fact I have never seen it on).
