Change to a Steel HG??

Post by Yas »

Hi Peep's just wanted to find out if it would be a good idea to get a Steel Head Gasket for my rev1 tubby if i'm aiming for around 300-330 fwbhp?

collecting supporting mods at the mo, so far got:

turbo back exhaust
air filter
ngk 6097's
walbro fuel pump(to be fitted)
water injection
ct20(to be fitted)
Apexi Power FC(on order)
E-01 ebc(to be fitted)
spec clutch
fidanza flywheel
C/C(still raising funds  )

I'm not looking to change internal's yet but i thought it might be a good idea to upgrade the HG :?

Any idea's?

p.s is that a realistic bhp figure?

Answers below please

Thanks

what is C/C?

No need to change the HG for those power levels.
