My 87 MK1b AW11 Super Charger

Post by tksmr2 »

Hello,

I finally decided to join some overseas MR2 forums to get more information about this wonderful car.

I have an 87 MR2, orginally was an automatic transmission and a stardard 4age. I converted that to a 5spd Super Charger 4agze.

Pictures can be seen here. It's currently and always will be a work in process.

Please ask questions. I love answering AW11 questions.

That is absolutely stunning! 8) =D>

I love the little gauge pod on the dash board - looks right at home there, also do you have reflectors in the rear bumper? Was that standard with US models?

Thanks for the compliments. The reflectors are USDM standard on both the front wings and the rear quarter panels, not the rear bumper. The only problem with the center mount gauge pod is that it blocks the air vent. I removed it because I'm thinking about making more of them to sell.

Thanks, unfortunetly that garage is my fathers. I recently moved out and have my own 2 car garage but it's a lot smaller but still pretty nice. I only live 2 minutes from my father so I can use his garage anytime I like. He has all the tool anyone could ever need.
