MR2 in Banzai

Post by Driftlimits Performance »

Anyone see the MR2 in Banzai this month? Kinda orange one with bomex front and no side skirts?

And the custom roof scoop? that apparently scooped air onto the vents of the engine lid  , and onto the intercooler? :?

Fair play I say, one off and all that. Although I'd like to see the guys face with the car in a wind tunnel  Turbulence! lol

I've not seen it, but is the roof scoop black with a greddy sticker on it? If it is i saw that car at the hickstead show last year.

I aint got that far yet.

Im considering putting on a toms and directing that right at my apexi kit. but that depends if I relocate the ic to that side like Andy F has done.

Sounds like the guy I met at Bolney and Hickstead last year. The car started off red, but was orange by the time we went to hickstead. Only recognised the car from his install. The IC was mounted above the back window, but he hadn't plumbed it in. Sounds like he has done it now. Hopefully he will be at Bolney again this year.

Hate the noses. It's like when you see a beautiful girl in a club, stunning figure, long legs, long blonde hair, perfect jublies, amazing eyes, lovely lips with concorde's nose.....
