[Mk1 Generic] Aerial removal

Ok, so we had to block up the aerial hole when fitting the aftermarket spoiler. The question now becomes, how do I get a signal for the radio (a pretty high end Pioneer MEHP9000 jobby - so sticky on crap is not an option)?

I know that some of the Fords we've had in the past have had the aerial built into the rear screen/demister circuitry. Is there something off the shelf like this?
