My Mk3 MR-S TURBO

Post by Rowland »

Hi all,

I've had the MR-S a month or two now and at long last I found the time to give her a quick clean!
As I grabbed my trusty camera the light was fading so the pics aren't great but you get the idea!

Toyota MR-S Turbo

Power Enterprise's Turbo conversion
Fujitsibo s/steel exhaust
Greddy Emange
TRD Springs
Clear Side repeaters
Reupholstered Leather seats & door cards

Coming next month... Pace Charge-Cooler and Defi gauges!

She's alive! \:D/ Great looking car, and I can't wait to see what she's like in the flesh. Have you sorted the boost creep thing out?

Oh, and nice house! I know you've recently bought a new detached house, but blimey...
Mk2 NA Rev1 -*- Mk2 Turbo Rev2 -*- Mk1 NA -*- Mk2 Turbo Rev 3 = all gone!

I think your missing the point somewhat.
It may look like 'just a mk3' with its relatively subtle unmodified cosmetics, but it goes like stock mk2 rev3 turbo and handling feels far superior IMO.
Focus for me right now however is on engine tuning over the winter season with cosmetics in the spring or certainly after Christmas.
I figured that I'm already half way there engine tuning wise with the turbo conversion so the aim is to complete one thing before starting on a another!

When I'm happy with the engine I'll be ordering one of these plus some
interesting wheels...

I'm still of the opinion that whatever kit you fit to a MK3 it still looks like a stock MK3...never been a fan of them since they came out.

I much prefered your rev 3 turbo tbh...MK2 all the way for me

but as long as you like it then it's all good,

just my 2p

Boooo to you downers !!!

I kept up to a tubby at the jap show, leaving Box hill on saturday. With just my NA power he was trying to get away too but to no avail.

Wait for the FI and stand by to see a Porsche killer born!
