Unlucky Thirteen ? not for me
My birthday is on the 13th (not this month)
I bought my MR2 on 13/05/2004 and it's MOT was due today the 13th , how's that for coincidences?
MOT was booked for 8.30, by 9.30 it had passed
A couple of minor advisories,
Corrosion on the coil springs,
Slight corrosion on the front brake hose ferrules
Slight oil leak,m which is literally a drip once in a blue moon which leaves the sump oily (I normally wipe it before the MOT but forgot this time)

Regarding unlucky thirteen: I think you should be ok. I've probably had all the bad luck for AWs with XIII in their name

I so very nearly Bought a mk1 25 years ago, turned out to be a bit rusty and the one i found to be a great example was being sold by a garage who had issues with putting a years mot on the car.. I'd imagine they are worth decent money nowadays. Nothing like the evo, mk1 escort or cosworth era but give it time... Lovely example, I Want !

If that was the case then surely most of the forum posts would have mega views.and thats not the case, would also mean the forum has a severe bot problem that needs looking at
My son is well past the age where I could bribe him with a fiver
