[Mk2] [NA] Power folding mirrors to UK N/A REV2. Not later models.

Has anybody fitted power folding mirrors to a UK N/A REV2 ?

This has been previously covered in fitting them to REV3 and later UK models as those cars were fitted with door looms that could be slightly modified to suit. REV2 door looms are rather different.

Any info on which door looms to use and the problems to overcome would be appreciated. Is it even possible to do ?

UK rev3 models do not have wiring in the door looms for folding mirrors - I did this mod a few months ago on my UK rev3 and there was basically nothing of any help on any looms. I don't know what you were expecting to be there on later models, but it really isn't.

I will study the link you sent later and see what it is all about. It's encouraging that you got your folding mirrors to operate by following it.
