With out any way of truly seeing any thing that could of caused it, it was agreed to drop the engine and do a full strip down..
Pulled every thing..

Head(just incase the HG was to thin)
Every thing was perfect no sigh of any problems wear or miss alignment
Pulled 3 pistons perfect, 4 one had a rub mark on it like it had been polished some how..
.
but it was not skirt
( the widest part of the piston
) it was just below the rings and it wasn't even on the
power stroke side.
So the rechecked all the dimensions..
check to make sure the machine shop honed it straight.
final out come was the piston wasn't machined properly.
I went with a recommendation about them as they always use them and use them for all their high powered drag cars.

SO onward and upword
re honed the block and this time while it is out squirtersadded
