FPR Base pressure

So, car is just about ready to fire up, had an issue with a knackered fitting resulting in not getting to start her up yesterday, very frustrating after waiting 4 years to hear it ha!!

Anyway, What should i be setting the fuel pressure at? It's currently on stock fuel pump and stock turbo (i won't be running any boost until it's run in) but 800cc injectors.

3 bar/43.5 psi is the correct base fuel pressure with the vacuum line NOT connected to the regulator.

Yes, while you set the base pressure, then reconnect it. The whole point being at atmospheric pressure your fuel pressure is 43.5psi/3 bar, and for every psi of positive manifold pressure your fuel pressure increases by the same amount to keep the differential pressure between the fuel in the rail and the air in the manifold the same.
