Rev 5 No keys

Hi guys I'm after some information. I have just bought a reposessed mr2 that has no keys. Can anybody confirm if it has a immobiliser or not? If it does is there a way to bypass it as I am using the car for parts however if everything works I will sell the parts I don't need however I would like to know if the engine is any good or not.

A UK rev5 does have an immobiliser, yes.

Let's be careful not to publicly post how to defeat the security on our own cars though
