Does anyone know the part number for the alternator regulator, please?
Recommissioning my car after it's been off the road for 4 years in storage and the alternator is failing to charge.
Done the usual checks, which point to the regulator being the culprit. Think you can pick a regulator up relatively cheaply and think it's worth a shot before shelling out for a new or recon alternator.
Guessing it's a generic part common to several alternators from that era?It's a D-reg Sherwood Toning.
