Painting door trim strips.

I'm just about to have my MkII, RevII resprayed. The guy who is doing the work has asked about the finish on the trims as he thinks there is a metallic fleck in them.
He's OK with the body and this will be a 2 pack red & lacquer to take it to the original red.
Does anyone know if there is a colour code for the trim?

Hi mate

If it is red, the side strips will be slightly darker red but non metallic (I think later Rev2s were the same colour as the bodywork). The lower stone chipped protected section is 4\5 Black with the top 1\5 red and the front splitter and rear 'valance' also black.

It's certainly a darker red than the main red.
Forgot about the black strips (which is does have) so thanks for that.
