[Mk2] [NA] Omex rev limiter - connected but not working/no lights?

Hi,

I recently just installed an Omex rev limiter with the red wire going to the "Black/Red" wire and the blue to the "Black/White" wire. I also connected the ground to some default ground point in the middle of the rear boot. However, there are no lights on the Rev limiter and I went to 6000RPM (default rev cut value) and nothing.

What troubleshooting steps can I take to figure out what is wrong?

Sorted.

The blue "quick splice connector" was not good enough and did not make a great connection.

I ended up making a Y joint out of wires/solder.

did you fit this to a turbo? how hard was the wiring - where does it plug into?
