The car has been maintained by Peter Gidden throughout its UK life and a report from him on the condition of the car is available on request.
He can, without reservation recommend the car to anyone who may be considering purchasing it. It pulls fine with no smoke or unusual noises and the brakes and clutch/gearbox all feel fine and work correctly.
It has been run on only Shell V Power or BP Ultimate since import. The car was on a private plate since import, but will revert to the standard UK plate for the year upon sale.The car has been lightly modified.
The shell is rust free as far as can be ascertained and is standard but with a rev 5 rear spoiler.
New sills were installed, painted and waxoyled in June 2016. No sign of any accident damage in its life.The engine has never been opened as far as can be told.
Car has done 170k miles which equates to approx. 7k per annum. Each engine bore records good figures of 174-179 psi on a compression test which is at the higher end of Toyotas recommended figures. New cambelt fitted June 2016. Blitz air filter. Boost controller to go with EBC.All standard interior with Sony DAB radio, upgraded speakers and Blitz boost controller in clock position.
The car has an electronic delimiter. The car still retains working aircon (compressor reconditioned by compressortech in April 2015 ), Speedhut EL dials, Man in Dandism mats and rare rear screen.Toad Thatcham category 1 alarm.
Koni adjustable suspension with Tein springs.
Berk Technology exhaust with downpipe.
Rev 5 Wheels with Toyo Proxy tyres all round
( a set of Rev 3 wheels and studs will also be included in the sale ).Rev 6 twin front lights.
As the car is 23 years old there are a few marks here and there.
There is a slight difference in colour on the near side of the car body as it was resprayed on this side in Japan because it had been parked one way against the sun. This is not really noticeable in most lights. Full service history in the UK will come with the car.Any inspection welcome.
