Weird noise after starting (damp weather)

Hi all, just wanted to ask a quick one, has anyone else had this noise after starting car after its has been stood 2-3 days and has rained at some point,
(never does it in dry weather) sounds like a weird squishy noise, tho goes away after approx 10 mins or when up to temp.. Doesnt do it if used daily.
When I've lifted bonnet to listen its coming from right side, belt area.

It's a rev4 turbo 3SGTE, only been in country 2 years, all belts changed approx year an half ago. Vid link below.
I'm not worried about it, I assume its belt related, caused by damp weather? cheers

Check your aux belts

I'm assuming the rubber belts are less flexible and tighten up slightly in a colder environment more so if used less than regular where engine heat helps with this constriction.
