Fitting polybush kit - What am I missing?

Ive got a full polybush kit to fit, everything fits apart from the rear outer track control arm bush, according to the powerflex site I'm not missing anything yet there is loads of play.
This is the kit I have:





This is how loose the connecting arm passes through, at least 5mm of a gap:





I double checked I'm not missing a sleeve from the package but as above this is how they are supplied.
I did take the arms to the local mechanic to get old bushes taken out a few weeks ago so not sure what's inside them..
Am I missing something else that he shouldn't have binned?

There is a sleeve i had to cut mine off the threaded rod,

I have all the bits on my bench i'll go have a look see if my new kit has sleeves.

the old bushes have a sleeve, my superpro bushes require the re-use of the original sleeve.. you can buy the sleeves brand new from toyota

I run into the garage to help you out, I stubbed my toe on my mig on the way out & I don't even get a "thanks Ken"

My bad, I do appreciate the help, my head was more in a place of "why the hell have I not got sleeves" to finish building my arms up
Thanks though, what kit are you using?
Will get in touch with Toyota tomorrow to see how much they want to shaft me for them or if I'd be better buying a kit like yours and using sleeves

PS hope your toe isn't bad, an excuse to get some beers out the chiller and toe in

LOL I'm not sure what mine are the cars been stood for so long, they were in a blue box maybe powerflex.....

It seems any kit I'm looking at requires "re-use original crush tube"

I've called Toyota and expected delivery date on them would be 1st October with a price of just under £16 each

Looks like I may have to rip apart a set of arms I have spare which are in perfect condition

Prothane kit comes with new crush tubes, as does the Energy kit. Most of them do.

TBH from what I've seen the Powerflex kits aren't very good.
