I want to get a Rev3 front bumper lip and was just wonder is there a significant difference in quality from the OE Toyota ones vs the ebay urethane ones such as this?

Urethane is what the OEM ones are made of. It's a like for like replacement at a fraction of the cost of new ones from Toyota although they don't come painted like from Mr T.

Call Trevor at TCB parts and he'll probably be able to supply you a 2nd hand genuine Toyota version. Possibly have the colour you want too...
