I'm selling my Rev3 Turbo in order to fund the depressingly midlife 'house deposit', which annoyingly doesn't go 'psssst' or put a massive smile on your face every time you think about it... however, needs must.
I will start off with the things that need doing:
Passenger door has a small amount rust on it. I have a replacement door. This will be included. Average amount of rust over the car. There was a significant amount when I first bought the car. Most rusty things have been replaced.
Paintwork would be on my to do list. It is not faded, and had a professional respray the year before I bought it (2012), but if you want it looking fab-u-lous, it will need to be done.
That's it.
Now on to the fun things:
Exterior.
FULL Greddy Gracer kit. Although a replica, it has perfect fitment all round. I have cut out a slit for the Nur Spec to go through.
I made some 150g carbon fibre arches, these have been screwed on, so can come off and filled if you want to get rid of them. Alot of hard work went into them, and although they are not perfect, they are 100% unique and custom made. (Made in Easter)
Real carbon fibre bonnet, fitment is spot on. Could do with a relaquer, and a touch up on the corners. This is very lightweight.
Slanty rear and front plates, because JDM.
Quick release front bumper. This literally does take sub 5 minutes to get the bumper off. Handy for all those racecar moments.
Bomex Driftwong... perfect fitment again. Made my Nigel at his FibreGlass Company (forgot the name, sorry). (Made in Easter).
Rear carbon fibre rev3 reverse light cover. Not real, but looks the business.
Amber USDM front lights, imported from the US last year.
Interior.
Recaro SR Confetti Seats, with legit runners imported last year (rare and expensive).
Stack Gauges.... Boost, Oil Temp, Water Temp (the OEM boost is now a voltmeter).
Full real carbon fibre dash with the gauges. From the side air-vent to the gear surround (looks the dogs).
Alpine bluetooth head unit.
All red LEDs from the gauges-heater control-dash-and...
Greddy Turbo Timer (not linked to ignition yet).
Vibe door speakers (done before I bought the car). And then Alpine Type-R 6x9 in the cubby holes powered by a Alpine amp. These look and sound amazing. Alpine speakers behind the seats as well.
MK3 steering wheel and weighted knob.
I think that's it for interior.
Engine.
Rev 3 turbo engine. Done 150k on the clock. Converted from KM when I bought the car when it was on 125k, 3 years a go.
Engine is spot on, as you would expect.
Greddy Style Intercooler.
Apexi Intake (replaced this year).
Berk Downpipe (brand new last year).
Full Blitz Nur Spec Exhaust.
Engine is regularly serviced by me. And it's oil was changed back in April, along with the coolant and gear box oil. Grade 7 plugs and HGK leads are in there as well.
The sound it makes is beautiful.
Chasis/brakes.
BC coilovers bought brand new last year with all the other bits.
Whiteline front and rear ARBs.
Fully Poly-Bushed this Easter.
Green Stuff pads. Lots of meat left. Had a brake refurb last Easter, so 14 months ago.
Goodridge braided lines. Dot 5 Motol fluid.
Vented front disks.
Cusco rear strut bar, with a fixed strut bar at the front.
Wheels
These wheels were imported brand new from America in Easter. I have done less than 500 miles on them in this time.
They are Crager D-Window SteelRims wrapped in Toyo T1Rs.
16x7 and 17x8. They look amazing and incredibly sweet under the CF arches.
The price I'm looking for is £4,500. I could break it and get way more. But it works fine. I would feel terrible taking a 2 off the road. I am in NO rush to sell so please don't send me offers of £1k.
I really do love this car, so I will want it to go to the right home. The last 2 I sold ended up in a ditch 2 weeks later. So please be nice to it.
Thanks for looking.

'Midlife' house deposit? Man, you look about 25 in your avatar - only planning to live to 50?

Love my MR2 Rev3 Turbo, but if it was broke I'd absolutely jump at this mega car. Those custom wheel arches are amazing. What a car
