And I still stand by that advice. If you can, buy a top jap make such as HKS,blitz etc etc.

The japspeed will never be a top exhaust. I only bought one because I wanted a twin exit, and they're the only one around these days. I've had one before and had no problems with it so thought sod it, and bought another.

Any quality jdm brand or mongoose will always trump a japspeed exhaust.

You can still get a Legalis R new, which is a twin exit, but then it wont sound horrible and make people think 'whos that obnoxious tit in the loud horrible sounding car!' :oldtongue:

If you see an MR2 with a raised engine cover, the bottom line is it's probably faster than your car.

Mental!! You have one of the best custom exhaust manufacturers in the UK an hour up the A1 from you Craig!

My convoluted and difficult to make V6 exhaust had:
Y pipe section with 3 flexi sections
Pre silencer
Custom backbox with twin exits (not an off the shelf jobby)

For £600.

A much simpler Turbo system would have been much much cheaper. I'd hazard a guess around £350-400

I've never been a fan of Japspeeds, just sound farty and the fartiness just gets louder, no culture to the noise. Also 'hang' under the car like a pair of saggy balls on a dog. :clown:
