I have an exhaust, filter and an MBC which has raised boost to 14-15psi.
Will the Blitz access plug n play ecu be better for the car both power rise and overall running? I've heard these have maps designed for exhaust and filter changes, whereas the stock ecu does not.
Would just like some thoughts and knowledge on this
Some like them and some don't.
I think the problem is they are programmed for every car and not a specific car so its hit and miss if it will do anything good for your car.
It's got different maps for ignition and fuel so if you got a better exhaust and filter it "should" make more power.
That's the kinda answer I was looking for. If it's not a definite difference/improvement then I don't want to spend the money.
I just thought it might run a better as they mapped with an exhaust and filter in mind.
Had a mines and blitz you get some extra umph thats for sure add water / meth these ecus love it ..... AND... when you up grade they have lost no value ... i love my two
Seems ok for a stock motor with bolt ons, better than the factory one anyway. From what I can tell the main benefit is better fuelling maps for raised boost but its still rich at the top end.
Best bet would be to get it on a dyno and make sure all is ok.
How much are these rev3 blitz access ecu.
