Does anyone know what length and thread the bolt is that goes fron the arm (ball joint arm) to the front of the subframe? Kind of destroyed mine but ive another subframe to in??

Depends what revision your car is. Rev1/2 is M12 and rev3 onwards is M14, I think.

Sorry a 93 rev 2 but if i remeber correctly the subframe i got for it is a rev 3
