Mr2 specialist London, Hertfordshire

Hi guys new to the forum and proud owner of a 1991 Rev Jdm turbo. My 1st Toyota and loving it. Started hurting the credit card 😜 Already getting new and replacing parts I'm not happy with. Overall a good car but needs tidying up. Wondering if any guys have any specialist to recommend around London, Hertfordshire area to give it a complete health check.

I'm based in Cheshunt. I'm mainly interested in mechanical as I have a bodyshop guy already. Are the guys at Pacific works good? Any feedback will be great.

Absolutely awesome mate.

I took my new Rev 3 up to Luke on the Saturday just gone for a new cambelt and general check over and I'm more than happy.

His knowledge on the MR2 is huge and I shant be taking it anywhere else for work I can't do myself.

Also, not far from you at all.

Yes Luke, Nic and co did my turbo conversion a couple of years ago - knows MR2's inside out. Based on a farm just outside Harpenden.
Runs drift limits with his mate and always has a couple of their cars around like Formula Renaults, Aston, Ferrari, supercharged atom etc.
Always has loads of spares too.

In terms of bang for buck Pacific Works are probably the best indy I've ever been to. No brainer if you're in Hertfordshire!

I'm In cheshunt aswell also on the lookout for a good local body shop as I've got the usual mr2 rust spots to deal with and it could do with a full respray as the paint looks like it's been polished to the metal in places

Yep all our major work goes to Pacific Works. Small bits and bobs we try and do ourselves.

Could do with a bodyshop to sort out a rusty arch on mine.

Been to Pacific works on Friday. A* the guys were very helpful and great knowledge. Got work booked in hopefully end
