Rev 2 Turbo Gearbox

I have a rev 2 turbo and I'm wondering what gearbox they have (E153)? I'm looking to replace the gearbox oil, but I can't fully confirm how much MT90 I need to fill.

In addition, I need to replace the bolts as the filler bolt has been rounded off, is the below the right bolt? Or is it the wrong thread?

Have a look at the VIN plate in the frunk for your gearbox type, assuming it hasn't been replaced at a later date.

As for the filler bolt the one you link to won't work as it has an unthreaded section. Easiest thing to do is just get one from Toyota or try calling TCB Parts.

For the filler bolt you may have some luck taking the old one to an indie motor factors and trying to match it up to a sump plug from anything.

BGB says E153 takes 4.2 litres or 4.4 US quarts

EDIT: Toyodiy says the part number for your filler plug is 90341-18033 which is also the same as many other toyotas.

I know lots of people rate the redline stuff but wow, how much!! Have a look at millers stuff, i like it
