MR2 rev1 n/a engine swap to rev2 turbo

Swapped rev1 n/a to a rev2 turbo engine with ecu ,but I am using the rev1 wiring loom.the engine will start & runs with rev1 n/a ecu but when put rev2 turbo ecu on it it starts but will stop after about 30 seconds ( if touch throttle it just cuts out) my car is mr2 j reg (1991) 2L 16v it also has immobiliser fitted ,the rev2 ecu has not got that programmed into it ..I hope someone can help with pointing me in right direction & tell me what I have not done thanks

I'm sure the plug n passenger footwell needs repining or something.

Re v 1 and rev 2 ecu have slightly different pin outs..
Hav a look in bgb in knowledge base...
