There was a spark, what is the first fuse to check? No lights or anything now.

I would love to be the fountain of knowledge, but i didn't really do anything.

I took off the terminals, checked the fuses in the frunk (all were good) reconnected + terminal then - terminal then it started working

If pos comes off and touches the chassis, all that going to happen is the spark possibly and it'll ground to earth.
No damage is going to arise. :thumleft:
