Headlight Alignment

Post by fred130111 »

Hi guys, now that my car is on the road I am noticing more and more problems so expect a lot of posts.... hope I am not too annoying :thumleft:

Is the headlight alignment a fairly easy task? had them apart before but never saw any sort of adjuster.

If my headlight alignment looks wrong it is always the tyre pressures!

With the shroud off you will see 2 adjuster bolts. One up and down, one left and right. Mine were frozen with rust but after some penetrant and working and grease they work now.

Just don't become another mr299ron!

You shouldn't need to remove the shroud there is a recessed area on the side and bottom to get a long screwdriver in to make adjustments.

See this image, recess on bottom and right side side
