ebay does not give buyer protection on collection items as they state that collection items give the buyer the chance to check the item over. That, in itself, implies that the buyer is entitled to walk away at that point - and if they appeal any strike on those grounds it is likely to be removed.

Before you can place a bid in eBay Motors, you'll need to register. Register now, or learn more about registering.

A bid for a vehicle is considered non-binding. However, you shouldn't bid unless you intend to complete the purchase.

lol im only saying if the car isn't right I have 100% right to walk away if their isn't any problems with it ill pay up but like the information I found car bids aren't binding
