Turbo rebuild - how many times?

Does anyone know how many times a ct20b turbo can be reliably rebuilt?

As many times as it needs it, almost all the parts are available
Designer for turbo set ups on F1 cars, and Nitrous Oxide Systems of the USA in the 80s
