That's what i reckon too, he'll lead me into a false sense of security and then slaughter me.

I don't know, We'll have to wait and see what Dangerous pull's out of the bag this weekend. Do bare in mind his engine is stock apart form a CC and a 3" exhaust (if even still runs the stock fuel pump in the tank ).

It's also got a Blitz Stainless air filter, but your can't win them all.

I've been in the car with Dave and i can confirm he is a total nutter! I guarantee he will use every lbs/ft of torque he has. Can't wait to see what happens!

And now i've sorted my crap boost i might even equal or better my old PB of 14.3! (oh my god how slow does that sound?? i'm gonna crawl into my hole and die now )

This sunday should be a laugh.... Im just gonna go with the flow and see what happens.......(I'm definatly not gonna get all compatative with everyone, fair play to who ever wins.... )

It will be good to get a comparison to other modded mk2's to see how things fair. What ever time I get will be irrelavant due to the fact that my car will be off the road mid october for its winter hibernation and some secret work plans hatched.....

The forecast i've been keeping an eye on still says sunny intervals but doesn't mention rain at all. I'm not going to be all competetive as such, but i do want to really prove this gearing and also want to beat my PB and get the times i know it's capable of.

I have just found out that York Drag is on this sunday and that they have had the launch area referbished, meaning new grippy Tarmac has been laid.So i'm gona afta go there amafraid to test it out and i might get a better result , plus its local.
So this means that Mark and Dangerous can have it out for the trophy , sorry i can't make it , best of luck to all who go to the POD on sunday .
