R32 Skyline GT-R & GTS-T staggered wheels £200 Sunderland

Post by outrun »

These are the spare set, after I bought 8 wheels (4 silver GT-R's and a set of 2 white and 2 black GTS-T's) to make a staggered set for my own car.

x2 GTS-T 16x6.5 ET40 (white)
x2 forged GT-R 16x8 ET30 (silver)

Nice and straight, no weld repairs etc.

The GTS-T's are in VGC, with only very minor marks (mostly paint rubbed off)
and have Continental and Event 205 55 16 tyres, with approximately 3-4mm tread.

The GT-R's are also in decent condition. One is kerbed more than the other, no chunks missing etc, just grazing. Fitted with Michelin Pilot HX with approximately 3-4mm tread.

Obviously they all need a refurb/repaint, anyway, due to being different colours, so the marks etc won't be an issue.

Collection from Sunderland/Durham area or can courier at a cost of £45.
Alternatively, you can arrange your own.

£200, plus courier.

Fitted to the car (the black ones are the GTS-T's that I am keeping for myself, but the white ones are identical);

Bargain!
I run the same setup on mine and it suits the MR2 down to a tee. The GTR wheels are hard to find too.

IMO, they are hard to price and I thought this was fair, given that they need a new look.
Glad to see that someone in the know, agrees.

They really do suit the MR2.
With having to buy 2 sets of wheels, to make myself 1, granted it is going the long way around, but I didn't want any other style.

This saves someone else the hassle.

Cheers!

Yours look well.

I will list these on eBay and SXOC etc, soon.
They won't be as cheap then, probably.

If I had an MR2 just now I'd definitely be wearing these!

You don't really need spigot rings most of the time. They usually just make it easier to fit the wheels (centre bore locates easier).

Disagree. Spigot rings ARE required, as the center bore hole of the Nissan wheels is larger than the MR2 hub flange, and to get the wheel sat properly on the hub, a reducer ring is required to reduce the 66.1mm Nissan CB to the MR2 hub of 60.1mm to ensure a central fitment on the hub.

Run without spigot rings and run the risk of shearing studs and vibration.

Just seen this mate. Sorry.

Sold on eBay. But now it seems I have to seal with their global shipping centre in Derby, as the buyer is in France.

FFS. I opted out of that poo and said I would send them direct...
