Kind of on topic....but whats the best stuff to spray down into the sills to prevent rust build up? Mine have slight surface rust down there (i removed the sponges)

Dynax S50 is good stuff. You might also want to remove the boot lining and spray some into the wheel arches - mine had a bit of surface rust.

Dynax is cracking stuff. I did both sills liberally and rear arches with about 2/3 of a can. The guy said I'd need 4 so I've got bloody tons of the stuff :lol:

made mine out of toyota middle sill and welded an end piece on

Got this from Mr2-ben.co.uk just now

"We have had these manufactured in full length , including the door step, we have had the demo set fitted with great success and now just awaiting these to be delivered from the factory any day.

Also up for a set - mine are fine at the mo but usefull to have a set for futureproofing!
