how to remove rev5 inlet manifold

hi guys

little bit of help if possible as im struggling to work out how to do it

im wanting to take off my inlet manifold and rocker cover on my rev5 to have them detailed and gaskets and so on changed

does anyone have a step by step guide on how to remove it all please
