Revision One Black Headlining T-Bar Fitment

Post by DAN_REV1_TURBO »

I stripped my car bare a couple of years ago, rear boot, front trunk, interior carpets, then had the inside painted black and fitted bucket seats. I`ve now had the brainwave (or continued with my daft ideas whichever way you look at it  ) to remove the headlining too and paint the inside of the roof black to continue the look I`m after.

Obviously other people are after keeping the car stock form or changing from grey to black headlining etc so therefore mine is for sale.

Pics to follow after removal. I will try and take it out one night this week.

£30.00 plus postage.

I have a drivers side T-bar sun visor to complement Dan's headlining... the passenger side doesn't have any of the instructions on so any will work:

(Dan if you want this removed just let me know as it's your advert, I just thought it may help with the sale of both items)

Hi mate yes I still have it, not seen my car for ages and I have not removed it unless Pete has which I don`t think he has. Looked in good condition last time I saw it, I will find out what the crack is with my car I have not spoken to Pete in weeks.

I will update on this tomorrow sorry guys! Not spoken to Pete and I have been so busy with work, Christmas and New Year. Hope you all had a good one! Just realised tonight that my Jag needed taxing (ran out yesterday!) so did that online just now, then realised the M.O.T is up 02/01/15 so got that to sort tomorrow on my day off. ](*,) Plus I have some replacement bonnet gas struts to fit before I take it down (if I can get it in), so have not really thought about the MR2 lately, out of sight out of mind!

Spoken to Pete today, he is going to check out the condition of the headlining and look to remove it ready for my car being painted on the inside.

Gerbil did you get sorted with a headlining? More than likely you have by now. Totally forgot about this, until I went to pick my car up on Friday. The headlining is out of the car and is still for sale.
