What did you guys do with the chargecooler pipe that fouls on the coolant neck? I've heard some people cut them and weld them back, could you not just heat up and bend it out of the way?
It didn't distort or crack with heating it up then?
Seems the easiest and best way to do it.
Got to order my pump and rad tomorrow and then start painting the CC and think about brackets
Spin on whats been said, I wired a temp switch in and have a PWM speed controller running the base speed so it's always running a set amount I set to about 25% (which on normal driving never switches) then when the temp goes up to a set point it switches to full power 100% pump speed until the temp drops again, I have a full power override switch too on the control box when I go to shakespeare county etc.
