ST205 ECU for chargecooler pump control

Thats a good point ^^ If you have a st205 pfc why not instead of trying to fool it, fit a st205 gt4 chargecooler

What did you guys do with the chargecooler pipe that fouls on the coolant neck? I've heard some people cut them and weld them back, could you not just heat up and bend it out of the way?

I cut it off and replaced it with a silicon 90 degree hose

I heated it up with a Propane Torch and twisted it around another 20 degrees or so.

It didn't distort or crack with heating it up then?
Seems the easiest and best way to do it.
Got to order my pump and rad tomorrow and then start painting the CC and think about brackets

No, I just applied heat slowly and only applied a small amount of pressure with a socket set extension bar inserted into the pipe.

Has anyone removed the level sensor on the chargecooler? How do you do it?

All you need to do is ground it .. its been done to my gt4 .

I just went out and had a look , its fixed to the chargecooler .. dont think i'd try to remove it .. sorry mate .

Lift up the rubber cover and unscrew with long nose pliers. 2 minute job.

Spin on whats been said, I wired a temp switch in and have a PWM speed controller running the base speed so it's always running a set amount I set to about 25% (which on normal driving never switches) then when the temp goes up to a set point it switches to full power 100% pump speed until the temp drops again, I have a full power override switch too on the control box when I go to shakespeare county etc.
