I emailed the company about it, and it would seem that there was a photographer shift change right around the time we arrived. So they probably missed us during that

Did snybody else purchase one of these? I've been waiting for weeks and nothing has arrived. Emailed the seller and he keeps telling me it is being sent out, now he has gone quiet.

Still nothing! Guy has told me he was waiting for canvas, then his wife should have posted it out, then he has been working away, then more working away and has not had chance to chase It up.. Really unprofessional service even though I have parted with £53.50 and it landed in his account on 30th May. Annoyed!

Rang him up yesterday and had a long chat! He promised me he would look into it and call me back, which he did the same evening. Said it is all now sorted and due to some mix ups and problems with internet orders being the reason it has not been sent out. Should be with me end of this week or early next week.

The guy seems a very genuine bloke, just very busy and has gotten a little disorganised and not jumped on my query as quickly as he should have. He did apologise for the delay, though by now I think a lot of people would be losing patience and demanding money back! I will update when I receive my canvas.
