I will be heading up the M26 on to the M25 if you wanted to co-ordinate meeting up? Say Clackett lane for 0400hrs?
138 miles to the services for me, so should easily do it in that time.

Clacket Lane to Chieveley is only 90 miles. Should be doable at that time of day in even time (90 minutes), so if the Chieveley meet is at 06.30 then 04.30 at Clacket Lane more than sufficient. I have arranged to meet a mate at the M25 Cobham services (quick in & out) which would only add another 5 minutes. Dexter - if you want to run out with me from Dartford let me know. What colour are your wheels? I may well have seen your car in the last couple of months.

I'll be going straight to morrisons for 7:15. Staying in Melksham Friday night so I don't have to be up at some of the disgusting times I've been reading above

Sounds like a plan. I will be at Clacket for 0430hrs.

Am getting my wheels refurbed for japfest and due to the layout of my drive, I need to be able to park car out of the way once the near side wheels are off. I can do this using my spare wheel and a.n.other spare...and then the offside wheels can come off and I'll use axle stands to support the offside.
I am wondering if anyone local to chippenham/swindon/bristol would be willing to lend me a spare wheel for a week or so whilst my alloys are in for refurb? I'd need it for Thursday morning at latest and can pop around in the evening after work.
Cheers,
coanda
What Revision? I've got a set of Rev1 rear alloys spare (with legal tyres) that you could borrow, I'm just up the M4/A420 in Didcot. Obviously if you've got a Rev 3 then this won't work due to brakes and such ^.^;
Thanks for the offer Kyyanno, I have a rev.5 so rev.3 onwards unfortunately.

I'm the sky blue REV3 with black standard alloys (though should have my new set on by Japfest).
I've got a couple of Honda mates leaving with me at 4am so doubt i'll make clacket lane in half hour given tendencies for sluggish wake ups with friends Devil what colour is your 2? I'll look out for you on the way and if I see you i'll give you a flash with the lights then will follow you down

In that case I reckon it was your car I saw. What are the new ones?

Cosmos Blue Rev 5 - the car is well known to a quite a few on here (was owned by 3 IMOC members before me) but I'm more of a fixture in the other place and will be on their stand. (Waits for abuse from Scott...! - see you at Clacket mate)
Is it just me that will be on the stand at 6am!??? People leaving morrisons at 7:30 are going to struggle! Know some people who got near castle combe before 8 last year but didn't get in till 11!!!! Just thought it was worth noting!:S
Hi
I received my tickets to Japfest!
In view of the time left to go before Japfest, I'm not coming up in my beastie, preferring to concentrate on getting Jimgts old rev5 turbo ready for sale lol
So I'll be coming up with my Dad in his Caribbean blue mr2 tbar.
I'll meet up with you Scott at clacket lane services for 4am
