Just got back to a parcel and thought the tickets had arrived! Then realised it was a Jaguar in car telephone instruction booklet I ordered off Amazon and had totally forgotten about!

Will post up as soon as they arrive, hopefully tomorrow! If they are here tomorrow I will send them all out first thing Saturday morning.

They've announced on the other MR2 forum that their passes have turned up and they are using Gate B area 4, [down by the track entry/exit bridge] & their stand is that neck of the woods too - Folly & Avon rise ish.
If Japfest have lumped us all together I imagine that's us too.

Parcel has arrived with the tickets! Woohoo! Will have a look through and check they are all here now, get all the envelopes/address labels sorted tonight and get them posted out first thing tomorrow! So everyone should receive their ticket by next Wednesday the 30th hopefully.

If the layout is the same as last year the answer is no.
Gate C Area 2 means the bottom field behind Quarry.

The MR2OC is in Area 4 (Gate B) below Avon Rise.
So the organisers haven't heeded the request for adjacent siting.

For gods sake.. Really annoyed with that! I don`t think it`s worth bothering contacting the organisers regards this now as we have all the tickets, it`s too late, and too close a deadline to be sending anything backwards and forwards. Telephoned them WEEKS ago and asked specifically, they said both us and MR2OC needed to request on the booking forms and they should be able to sort it! All I can say is we have done everything correctly our end.

Still 28 of us in our section though! It will still be a great day! Please let me know when you receive your tickets, either on here or via PM. Anyone who has not received a ticket by Thursday please contact me as there may be a problem but hopefully everything flows smoothly.

It says on the website that IMOC/MROC are both at Gate A Area 2? Look at the descriptions under the map on the link above.

Might be worth a phone call Dan to clarify this?

Well actually doesnt look mega far away from each other to have a walk over and check them out, but would have been nice to be closer but nevermind. Next year we will have to hammer it into their brains!

Anyway, all envelopes are done. Inside you will find a vehicle pass which must be hung from the rear view mirror facing outwards before you enter at the gate and left in the vehicle on the mirror throughout the event.

Please remember to WRITE YOUR VEHICLE REG ON THE PASS.

(That`s what it says on the letter accompanying the pass )

CLUB ACCESS SATURDAY 10th MAY 6:30AM



CLUB CARS MUST BE IN POSITION AND PARKED LATEST 9:30AM!

If we are not parked by 9:30am we will not be allowed access and anyone later than 9:30am will end up being re-directed to the normal public carpark.

All the above and more boring stuff is printed on the letter inside your envelope along with a birds eye view photo of Castle Combe showing Gate C entry point.

That position we have been put is actually really good compared to last year. Should get loads of people walking past and hopefully admiring our cars.

Yeah I was thinking to still either fire an email at them or ring them. Might do both. I have not spoken to the OC organiser regards this yet, but I imagine he did exactly the same as us and requested on the booking form as we had previously discussed it and agreed to both do the same. So I imagine it is a Japfest c0ckup! Still, 28 on our plot it and a massive show and a great day out to be had, I`m sure it will not spoil our fun too much!
