When is Japfest and any room for a mk1?

Jap fest is Saturday may 10th! and im sure it will be fine with who ever is organizing it! at the end of the day IMOC is all about MR2s!

So the really question is who wants to take on the task of organising our club stand and tickets

If anyone on the list is willing to coordinate I am happy to support, monitor payments and send the cheque off to the organisers. Tickets can be delivered to the willing volunteer for distribution...I will even include enough stamps to cover the postage to everyone.

Any volunteers? It will involve contacting people, providing payment details, updating the thread, etc etc. Unfortunately I can't make it myself and won't have time to fully organise it.

Really hope someone steps up and can sort the club stand out.. seem to have a good list of people attending and its slowly growing.. fingers crossed we have someone who has been before and is good at organizing both of which i could not be personally :L

I am happy to do club set up, after all the majority of the club equipment is in my loft right now. The rest of it I would prefer to go to someone else, but if there is no-one I will organise it.

Hey all I'm going japfest this year but already organised to go local club stand however I will definately come and find the iMoc stand and say hey to you guys and put some faces to names! Are any of you guys based down south I'm in West Sussex.

Just an update peeps.. i have contacted Karl to find out if he is still planning on organising. I am guessing not as he has no MR2.
Dan (D4 NVU) has offered to step in and coordinate, with me in support for the club finances etc.

Malc, great you are on board with the club stuff. Sounds like it will be a good event!
I am tentative at this stage due to family stuff going on at the moment.

Guys the closing date for club entry is 31st March 2014!

Therefore I would suggest we get our names down on the list and payment made by 20th March 2014 at the latest!

That was my interpretation on it mate, to stop the club taking a hit on Paypal fees. Or pay via the internet bank transfer method instead. I have personally paid via paypal payment of £21, I will ask the question to double check but pretty sure we are right!
