Getting the itch to move onto another car as ended up with all Autos (and I'm forever wanting something else I see!)
I know what I'd like for my car,but the temptation to break it as a learning experience mechanically, and see how much I raise begs the question - How much have people made doing this?
I have a Rev3 NA G-Ltd Auto T-Bar in 3E5 red in incredibly clean and rust free condition, with the following-
Supra 16" alloys in great condition- spent nearly £500 on new Dunlop SP sport tyres 500 miles ago.
Turbo engine lid
Working electric aerial
Original MR2 mats
4 original mudflaps
Electric folding mirrors
New drilled & vented discs all round recently
I have receipts for nearly 6 grand spent by previous owner on car, right down to shocks, buttions, switches, weatherstrips on doors, sensors etc and god knows what else!
Car is still lovely and red,so panels are all good.
I have time and space to break,so thats not an issue.
I wouldn't mind selling, but how much time and money has gone into her means I'd be after more than the £700 heaps on Autotrader on eBay,and a limited market I guess being an Auto (nice and rare though, especially as Rev3!)
Any guidance much appreciated.pics of car for a guideline-
Bit of guidance re breaking a car please

if you look on ebay .see how many people are bidding rather than what's for sale. you'll make more money breaking but it might take ten years

Not sure as I'm not 100% whether I'll break it or not- hence the post.
They won't be a giveaway though as the rubber on them is 500 miles old on rear and 200 miles on front. Rears are £180 each and fronts £90 each!
I have 10mm spacers on fronts as they needed a tad more clearance fripom suspension, otherwise they go straight on.
They're not Supra size tyres,as they were miles out from fitting!

Care to share that?
I'm not interested in the wheels and am assuming it has the V5, MOT and no known mechanical issues.

Would not break the car way to nice to do that, good clean example for the money you get and the time it takes and then the space you need not worth it

Sure those are Supra wheels, and not some Mark 2 Tourer ones?

No,they're Supra 16"
Came from a Supra that went onto aftermarket wheels
Re: Bit of guidance re breaking a car please
I had the same ones, (seller also stated they were Supra's).
Came to a point to sell mine and advertised them as Supra's.
Some guy, with a Supra, bought them and contacted me afterwards claiming they didn't fit correctly on his Supra.
After a bit searching/asking we came to the conclusion they weren't Supra's, but Tourer alloys.
That's why I'm asking.

Re: Bit of guidance re breaking a car please
They were from a Supra anyway, and have been on my MR2 (obviously,as they're on it in my pictures!)
Re: Bit of guidance re breaking a car please
I could be wrong!
Just asking.
Because I bought mine while the seller also was quite confident they were Supra's, even had the invoice with them (from a random shop/garage though, not from a Supra shop).
But my buyer couldn't fit them on his Supra
