Decent sleeping bag, and not much else...too many layers trap cold air. If you sweat by wearing too many layers the clothing will soak up body heat.
Keep off the floor via camp bed preferable, foam camping mat or a blow up mattress.
Air your tent in the day to get rid of any moisture expelled from the previous night, else you will end up climbing into a damp sleeping bag...not good.
And if you can put a blanket over your airbed it makes a huge difference, means you don't have to use loads of body heat warming up all that air.
