Cool running??

After a spirited run yesterday my car is running cold so I suspect the thermostat is stuck open... Can anyone advise where the thermostat is and how to change it out, what is the recomended replacement?

It's in the water pump.

It's not IN the water pump, but it is on the water pump outlet.
