[Mk2 ] Red MR2 in Stourbridge

Was driving through Stourbridge tonight and saw a modded red mk2 stopped at the Shell petrol station, noticed it had some decals on the side and big rims. I'm sure I've seen that car around the area before. Anyone from here?

Might have been me as i have my glifs in the window and 18" but the cars been off the road for the last 2 months, so after that then nope not me.
