You can get the SW20 repair manual in PDF format.

If you look hard on the net you may still find the downloadable one. Not 56k friendly as they used to say and the password is "harvey" if I recall. I got mine printed out It's like 1,500 pages double sided but I don't have the electronic copy now unfortunately. It's USDM but still very good as a reference. There's always toyodiy online if you need parts numbers and exploded diagrams (sign-up to it 
).
