Between a 3s-fe and a 3s-ge powered mr2 from the outside?

Basically, I'm being given a J reg red (pink) MR2 to play with as a second car. I've only seen a couple of pictures of the outside of it but I've been assured that apart from the paintwork, it's mint. Just wondering which engine I can expect it to have?

Hi scruff main differences are no rear spoiler or front fog lights also were not available as a t-bar. Latest I have seen is k reg Rev 2

Ok. It has a spoiler and fogs so it'll most likely be the 3s-ge then. Good stuff this one has the sun roof.

Added later. Easy enough to fit a spoiler to a 3SFE, especially off a rev3, just swap boot lids.
