[Mk2] [NA] ACIS blue connector plug is broken = ok to leave it out?

The 2 pin blue plug that plugs into thingy on back of inlet manifold, its part of acis vacaum system.

I ripped the wire out of the connector while I lifted the head whilst doing the headgasket. it was really oily mess there.

will it affect the running of the car? or ok to leave it out?

You could leave it broken. But you'll be down on torque/power.
